At Wannabe Farms, we are committed to raising some of the cleanest pasture-raised chicken and eggs in Georgia, without compromise. Our farming practices are rooted in regenerative agriculture, transparency, and a deep conviction that how food is raised matters. We are proud to be a Certified Naturally Grown farm, with our pastures, egg layers, and meat birds all meeting these standards as we work toward full USDA Organic certification. Our birds are raised outdoors on pasture with daily rotational grazing, ensuring fresh grass every day, while our land is never treated with pesticides, herbicides, or synthetic fertilizers.
What sets us apart is our approach to feed and animal care. Our birds are fed a certified organic diet that is completely free from corn, soy, and seed oils, something rarely found even among organic farms. From the moment our chicks arrive at one day old, they are raised with intention, no antibiotics, no vaccines, and no added hormones. They begin in a clean, controlled brooder using sustainable, OMRI-approved bedding made from upcycled paper products, before transitioning to pasture at just a few weeks old, where they have constant access to fresh air, clean water, and natural sunlight.
We understand this level of care comes at a higher cost, but for families seeking cleaner food, fewer toxins, better sourcing, and full transparency, we are proud to offer an option you can trust. Many of our customers are focused on improving their health, managing sensitivities, or simply feeding their families better, and that is why we do what we do.
