At Wannabe Farms, we hold ourselves to a higher standard—because you deserve to know where your food comes from, how it was raised, and what it was fed. Every decision we make reflects our deep commitment to clean food, ethical farming, and being faithful stewards of the land God has given us.
No GMOs. No Glyphosate. Ever.
Our birds are never fed genetically modified organisms (GMOs) or grains exposed to glyphosate. We are dedicated to sourcing only the highest quality, certified organic, corn- and soy-free feed—because non-GMO alone wasn’t good enough.
We discovered that many “natural” or “non-GMO” feeds still source grain from farms that use glyphosate as a pre-harvest desiccant—something we refuse to support. That’s why we now exclusively partner with KOFFI Organic Feed, who tests every truckload for toxins before it enters their facility.
No Hormones. No Steroids. No Shortcuts.
We believe real food should be raised with integrity. Our livestock are never given hormones, steroids, or unnatural growth enhancers. It’s simple: animals raised the right way don’t need shortcuts. We’re committed to natural growth, natural health, and clean meat—just the way God intended.
No Antibiotics. Holistic First.
While industrial farms rely on routine antibiotics and medicated feed, we take a preventative, holistic approach. Our animals are raised on open pasture where stress is low and immunity is high. If one of our birds does fall ill, we turn first to natural remedies. If needed, we compassionately cull to protect the flock—keeping our pastured poultry clean and chemical-free.
Pasture-Raised and Rotationally Grazed
Our birds spend most of their lives on rotating pasture, foraging in the sun and scratching through healthy soil. This supports both animal health and regenerative agriculture. During colder months, we shelter them in high tunnels—spacious, dry, and never confining.
No Animal Byproducts. 100% Plant-Based Feed.
We will never feed our chickens animal byproducts. Their diet consists of certified organic, non-GMO, soy- and corn-free grains and nutrient-dense pasture forage.
Gluten-Free. Additive-Free. Clean Labels Only.
Our meat is naturally gluten-free and free from MSG, added sugars, nitrates, and other artificial ingredients. We stand behind every label—because what’s not in your food matters just as much.
Humane Processing and Respectful Harvest
Every bird is processed at a USDA-inspected, family-owned facility where humane handling is top priority. A USDA inspector is present every step of the way. We're also working toward on-farm processing—so our animals never leave the land they were raised on.
No Vaccines. No mRNA. Ever.
Our birds arrive vaccine-free from the hatchery and remain that way. We never use mRNA or traditional vaccines. Our approach centers on natural immunity, healthy soil, and regenerative care.
Regenerative Farming for Future Generations
Our practices—rotational grazing, composting, cover cropping—build healthy soil, capture carbon, and increase biodiversity. We’re not just growing meat—we’re healing land.
